A letter from the President

I'm Thomas Kral, the founder and president of Reliable American, Inc. Our mission is simple: deliver quality installations at fair pricing, and to provide first class service in the process.

I take pride in the fact that we're straight shooters with a strong work ethic. There are no tricks in what we do, just good old-fashioned service. We work hard to serve your needs.

We refuse to cut corners and always insist on quality materials. All installations are done to NRCA & SMACNA recommendations, manufacturer specifications, and local building code. We believe when you do something you should do it right!

I also want you to know that we're a small but profitable company that expects to be in business for many years. All this, of course, is due to quality-conscious customers like you.
