Our primary service area is from the North Shore suburbs down into the City of Chicago and out into the North Western Suburbs.

The Ideal Candidate

Do you have roofing experience, perhaps you are a retired roofer?
Are you able to carry and climb a ladder, and comfortable climbing on roofs for estimates and inspections? Can you put together a complete material list down to the last screw or nail?
Are you neat, clean organized and punctual?
Have you ever or are you willing to work on a commission structure?
Do you judge a “job well done” by customer satisfaction and quality workmanship?
Are you able to look at a roofing job as a complete project, more than just square footage?
Do you believe in quality above all else and understand that quality costs money?
Finally, do you know that you can sell premium roofing solutions above the “going rate”?

Requirements:

2+ years selling experience.
Roofing experience a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Computer skills – Email, MS Office, etc.
Able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Reliable transportation, able to transport a ladder.

Compensation:
Potential to earn from $55k – “No Limit” in commissions abd bonuses based on your work ethic and selling skills.
